This development includes the organisation of its construction and growth, the administration of day-to-day business, questions of leadership and of communication, as well as conflict resolution. 

During this consciously induced change, on the one hand, the weak-spots in the structure crop up. These are weak-spots resulting from the work of individual employees. How content and efficient are the people working in this system?

The aim of change management is, to let these employees recognize and analyse their own inefficient methods. Awareness and analysis lead to positive changes in behaviour and general attitude. 

Our approach is to view an organisation as a holistic entity. Even a small-scale change triggers a change in the entire organisation. 

The central point of our observation of an organisation is the individual.
